The MCC-972XS 3G/GPRS Web Enabled RTU
The I/O supports multiple sensor and equipment types. Housed in a robust IP54 Aluminium enclosure the MCC-972XS is part of the ESNET modular monitoring system, which allows sophisticated networks to be created cost effectively and quickly.
Fitted with SDI-12 and RS232 communication ports the unit can be interfaced with most industry leading smart sensors, enabling control and data acquisition from these devices. Up to eight analogue inputs can be configured as 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-15V or 0-30V range. GPIO inputs can be configured as digital event or pulse count. Relay Outputs allow connection of pumps and autosamplers.
The MCC-972XS uses 3G/GPRS communication to ensure reliable real time communication. There is also an option to fallback to GSM PSTN. Connection is to the Meteor Data Centre, where data is hosted via secure web portal, with options to integrate data directly into existing SCADA or data gatherer platforms.
The MCC-972XS is a cost effective, I/O rich RTU which enables robust, reliable real time connectivity to remote assets, and instant access to data via Meteor’s ESNET web platform.
